  • What payment methods do you accept?

For customers in Brazil, we currently accept Via, Mastercard, Diners Club, Amex, and Discover credit cards. If you don't have a credit card, you can generate a boleto for payment.

  • I’ve never purchased from this site. Is it secure?

We take pride in using highly advanced online security systems, protocols, and hosting, the same as major brands like Budweiser, Red Bull, Kylie Cosmetics, and Tesla Motors. When paying, we do not have access to your credit card details. Payment is made through Mercado Pago, which specializes in secure internet payments.

  • Are you accessible? I’m worried about purchasing and not being able to contact you later.

Yes, we are accessible. We provide clear information on all processes related to purchasing and delivery in various parts of the website, and we have a dedicated team ready to respond to you within 48 business hours.

  • Can I use more than one discount coupon?

You can use only one discount coupon per purchase. However, there is a way to stack discounts! If we are running a seasonal promotion and the products are already discounted, you can combine that with a discount coupon to get an even greater discount.

  • How can I get free shipping?

If your order includes one of the products with "free shipping" in the description, all the other products you choose will also have free shipping.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Order modifications can be made before the products are shipped, which typically occurs within 3 business days after the purchase. If they have already been shipped and the tracking code has been provided, the products are no longer within our reach and have left our distribution center, so we cannot alter any aspect of the order.

  • I registered with the wrong email address. What should I do?

Just send us an email with the subject "Change data," informing the correct email, and we will resolve it for you! It's important to use an email you frequently access because that's where we will send order updates and exclusive offers!

  • Can you change the delivery address?

If the products have not yet been shipped, we can! Just send us an email with the subject "Change data," and we will prioritize updating the address before the products are shipped. If you contact us only after the products have been shipped, we cannot make this change as they are no longer within our reach.

  • Shipping & Ordering?

Please allow 2-4 business days for standard processing before your order ships. Some items, like corsets with rhinestones, will take longer than 5 days to ship out.

  • Shipment Tracking?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or contact us at support@vihmark.com. If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
